The staining process for our wood grain products uses a three-coat system consisting of a base coat, stain, and topcoat. The base coat establishes the door’s consistent underlying color. The stain is brushed along the grain using robotic precision to give the product a natural wood grain aesthetic. Finally, the topcoat provides the desired durability and sheen.
